At Bold Smokers, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason your product does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair returns process.
Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Smokers, grills, and large equipment must be returned in the same condition received, without signs of use or assembly.
Return Process

Contact our support team to request a return Authorization (RA).

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Return Costs

Return shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Restocking fees may apply(15%) to large or freight-shipped items.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
