Return & Refund Policy

At Bold Smokers, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason your product does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair returns process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Smokers, grills, and large equipment must be returned in the same condition received, without signs of use or assembly.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return Authorization (RA).

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Restocking fees may apply(15%) to large or freight-shipped items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted when available.

  • If the replacement item differs in price, additional charges or credits may apply.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
